Usually I’d say you’re pretty brave to plan a wedding in Far North Queensland in the middle of January… you’re pretty much guaranteed either pouring rain, or insane humidity; and most times, both!
But, after the year that 2020 was, a wedding in January is a walk in the park and the rain and humidity suddenly pale into insignificant over the thought of postponing again.
Erin & Jack’s love story started in school… and it led them to Palm Cove in beautiful Far North Queensland to be married at the incredible Pullman Sea Temple resort.
Everything from the dress and the details, to the flowers, the styling, the details in the ceremony - it was all perfect! Not even a little rain for our photos afterwards could dampen us.
My favourite part; the speeches. An outpouring of love from their favourite people. Words that meant the world to those who spoke them and those that received them.
It was also the speeches where I realised how similar Erin and I are; and how if she and Jack lived in Cairns, we’d definitely be mates!
